With Wathen CryoTone tubes and our CryoTone processed circuit, components and output transformers at the heart of this tube amplifier, it has amazing sound on tap. Ten clean tube watts per channel is plenty for most critical listeners with relatively efficient speakers. This push-pull tube amplifier can drive a pair of Wathen Reference 3 speakers and fill the room with rich sound that can only be derived by tube amplification. The Herman uses three 5670-WC (396a) or three 6N3P-WC CryoTone preamp tubes (included) to prepare the input level and MM Phono input along with Bluetooth and an Auxiliary input for four EL84-WC CryoTone power tubes.
