The Wathen CryoTone AMT 7 Mid/Tweeter along with all of the other components have undergone Wathen's item specific thermal processing to greatly improve every crystal clear and liquid smooth nuance. Wathen audiophile developed the CryoTone Dipole 15 Low Midrange, Bass and Sub Bass drivers produce high-resolution bass to mix perfectly with the high-resolution Mids and Highs of the CryoTone AMT 7. The uncolored dynamic impact and effortless speed has to be heard to be understood. CryoTone Dipole 15 drivers feature Natural Fiber cones and Neodymium magnet structures that produces effortless sound with very low distortion. The wide open Cast Aluminum basket and integrated heat sink keeps the unique voice coil cool. The Minimum Diffraction basket material and Neodymium magnets are both extremely strong and relatively light in weight. These design features have many sonic advantages.

1/4" Aircraft quality aluminum makes up the specially designed Dipole frame and bezel for bass notes that stay true, perfectly resolved and incredibly strong. Additional natural and manmade resonance and damping control materials are also used to tune this ultimate speaker system.
