This proprietary CryoTone™️ cryogenic processing service is offered only to owners of Decware products. This service takes into account all of the materials and most effective ways to improve the sound quality properties of those components and circuits.
The goal and result of this process is to permanently improve conductive materials in such a way that nets an expanded audio performance that is better than simply selecting the best components available.

It is the owners responsibility to send the unit to Wathen in a well packed container/box that will protect the unit. We highly suggest getting sufficient replacement insurance on the shipment. Do not ship the unit with any tubes. We do not process any other brand of tubes or audio devices.
Upon receiving your Decware device, we test the device then remove any wooden casing and do a visual inspection to be sure there are no known issue prior to processing. We then seal the unit in a plastic bag to reduce exposure to moisture and regulate temperature changes based on the materials being processed. After the unit comes back to room temperature, it is visually inspected and is placed on a rack for several days to make sure there is no residual moisture. The unit is then tested before certifying the process as complete.
Return shipping is charged at the time of returning the Certified CryoTone™️ Processed Unit.
